FAQ
Questions leaders ask before booking.
How much does executive coaching cost?
Most 1:1 engagements run in quarterly commitments with fortnightly sessions; team intensives are priced per sprint. Every engagement is scoped on the discovery call so you know the full cost before you commit to anything.
How long before we see results?
Leaders typically feel the difference inside the first month — the weekly rhythm alone removes most firefighting. Structural change, how the team decides without you, lands around day 60 of the 90-day sprint.
Do you coach in person or remotely?
Both. Sessions run remotely by default; team intensives work best in person and we travel for them. Everything else — scorecards, cadence documents, session notes — lives in your shared workspace.
What makes coaching different from consulting?
Consultants deliver answers; coaching builds your team's ability to produce them. We bring frameworks and outside perspective, but the decisions and the ownership stay with you — that is what makes the change permanent.
