Plans start at $79/month per location with unlimited providers and appointments, billed monthly or annually (two months free). Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial — no card required until the trial ends.
Does Flowstack replace my practice management system?
No — it sits on top of it. Flowstack handles scheduling, reminders, waitlists, and deposits, and syncs appointments back to your PMS through our integrations so nothing is double-entered.
Is patient data secure and compliant?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audit-logged, and we sign a business associate agreement with every clinic on a paid plan.
What happens if we cancel?
You export everything — calendar, patient contact preferences, and booking history — at any time, and your booking link simply stops accepting new appointments. No lock-in, no exit fees.
