Frequently Asked Questions

Time commitment, missed sessions, refunds, and why there is no certificate — the questions people ask before enrolling.

FAQ

The questions before enrolling, answered plainly.

How much time does a course take?

About five hours a week: two live 90-minute sessions plus the artifact work. The courses are built for people with jobs — the artifacts are your real work, not homework.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded, but the live review is where the course happens — miss more than two and we move you to the next cohort free. Cohorts start monthly, so nothing is lost.

Is there a refund policy?

Full refund through the first week, no questions — if the room is not for you, one email ends it. After week one, transfers to a later cohort are always free.

Do I get a certificate?

You get the artifact, the alumni room, and a public outcome page hiring managers can read. The certificate industry is not the point; the work is.

The next cohorts start the first Monday of the month.

Twenty-four seats, one instructor who does the job daily, and an artifact with your name on it by week six.
