Before you enroll, here is who you will be learning with.
Foundry · The instructor
I spent eleven years running operations before I taught a single session — the course I wish someone had made me take did not exist anywhere, so we built it. Every Foundry course is taught by someone who does the job this quarter, not by a career instructor.
The room is capped at 24 because the course happens in the review, not the lecture — your artifact gets critiqued by the room, and you learn as much from other people’s misses as your own.
If you want a certificate to frame, we are the wrong school. If you want the next six weeks to change how Monday runs, you are exactly who the room is for.

FAQ
The questions before enrolling, answered plainly.
How much time does a course take?
About five hours a week: two live 90-minute sessions plus the artifact work. The courses are built for people with jobs — the artifacts are your real work, not homework.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded, but the live review is where the course happens — miss more than two and we move you to the next cohort free. Cohorts start monthly, so nothing is lost.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refund through the first week, no questions — if the room is not for you, one email ends it. After week one, transfers to a later cohort are always free.
Do I get a certificate?
You get the artifact, the alumni room, and a public outcome page hiring managers can read. The certificate industry is not the point; the work is.
